Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., must be willing to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Admissions leads and manages the undergraduate recruitment team to annually achieve new student enrollment goals.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Meet or exceed enrollment budget goals.

2.     Train, mentor, and coach direct reports.

3.     Annually create and institute communications plan.

4.     Represent the University to prospective students and their families.

5.     Monitor and track progress to recruitment goals through careful data analysis.

6.     Establishes admissions operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; and implementing change.

7.     Closely collaborate with MarCom for recruitment, advertising, and marketing.

8.     Manage Admissions budget.

Work Experience

Education

·         Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s degree preferred (or willing to work toward Master’s degree).

 

Technical Skills

·         Computer skills including familiarity with recruitment/sales software.

·         MS Office Suite of products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

 

Workplace Factors

·         Must be able to drive.

·         Must be able to work flexible hours.
