Overview

Holy Spirit Preparatory School is seeking an exceptional, enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our school as our Human Resources Associate to be an integral part of our Business Office Team. The Human Resources Associate will work closely with the Director Business and Finance and will be involved in all aspects of our Human Resources Department, which includes conducting applicant interviews, tracking and reviewing candidate applications, on boarding employees, maintaining employee software system, and handling the day to day routine functions of the department.  Human Resources Associate is a non-exempt, full time, Full Schedule position that reports to The Director of Business and Finance.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related business environment working in the field of human resources.
  • Detail oriented and organized, with solid technology skills.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment with a commitment to teamwork, service, leadership, and growth.
  • Practicing and informed Catholic in communion with the Holy Roman Catholic Church who knows and follows the precepts of the Church is preferred.
