The Cooperative Education & Employer Relations Specialist is responsible for the recruitment, training and retention of organizations for the launch of the Cooperative Education Program at the Busch School of Business. This position includes individual/group advising for students interested in experiential learning, developing and facilitating innovative workshops, and managing, developing, and advertising the cooperative education program and experiential learning career information resources available through the Office of Career Development and the Center for Career and Academic Success (CACS). This role will also facilitate placement of students in positions related to their academic specialization and career goals for the cooperative education program, monitor students’ on-site assignments, and develop support documentation for academic credit and/or university recognition as needed.
