The position reports directly to the Division of Enrollment Management.

Reporting to the Director of Admission, the Director of Enrollment Systems and Analysis provides leadership and vision for organizing and directing the systematic use of the university wide CRM Technolutions Slate for all Enrollment Management functions. The incumbent will leverage technology and a data analytic skillset to prepare statistical reports, facilitate streamlining of prospective student data into USTs CRM and SIS for all aspects of recruitment, enrollment and student engagement. Ultimately, the Director will leverage USTs CRM to maximum capacity in support of enrollment growth across all student populations.


Serves as the primary authority on data integrity for EM and facilitates best practices across campus with IT, IR, etc. Intake of student data at all levels of the enrollment funnel.
Serves as a key member of the CRM implementation team and manager of CRM and all of its functions. Leads training as needed for campus constituents on use of CRM
Collaborates with IT professionals on the integration and automation of the EM CRM with UST SIS (People soft) to serve student populations of traditional undergraduate, graduate, associates and nursing students. This is inclusive of any data transfer bridge integration, query building for report automation.
Facilitate and provide data reports in varying formats (CSV, Excel, raw file, etc.) to university enrollment partners. These may include but are not limited to: Ruffalo Noel Levitz, NRCCUA, Raise.me, Collegis, etc. Conversely, the incumbent will be responsible for the upload and proper formatting of incoming data reports of varying types to the CRM that reflects best practices in data hygiene.
Responsible for the initial and ongoing training of operations staff on best practices for the CRM and its use as pertains to letter generation, admission decision release, etc.
The incumbent will facilitate the long term goals of the division within the CRM bringing on board and fully implementing and integrating student affairs functionality in Slate. This will include registrations for UST orientation, the housing process, integration of student financial aid data and FAFSA data among others.
Collaboration with the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Marketing in the technical implementation of communication campaigns through the CRM across all funnel levels and all populations of students.
The incumbent will need to assess technological needs of the division and make recommendations for budgetary investments for optimal use of CRM to achieve enrollment goals.
Train and develop all recruitment staff and others in the division of EM&SE on the use of the CRM as it pertains to their specific role and scope.
Identify user levels and permissions for all staff members within the division to ensure optimal working efficacy for staff. Actively engages in the onboarding of any new staff that join the division within the scope of CRM use.
When required, prepare and develop reports for the division of Academic Affairs that reflects incoming student data that may be of interest in academic program assessment.
Serve on University committees as assigned.

Five to six years of experience in Enrollment Management settings or data analytics position.
Demonstration of proven leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and oral and written communication skills combined with a high level of energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Established record of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
Sophisticated understanding of admission CRMs and related software, data, and research preferred. Preference given to candidates with experience in Technolutions Slate, Campus Management, Sales Force and Ellucian Recruiter.
Ability to articulate the value of a Basilian education and understanding of the value proposition UST remits.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Some conference and training travel will be required.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in computer science, IT systems, coding, data analytics, actuarial science or related fields preferred.
