Schedule:  Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., evening and weekend hours required

POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant Director of Admissions recruits and enrolls a specific number of new students every fall and spring and assists the Dean of Admissions in additional administrative responsibilities.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Manage a full admissions funnel, recruiting and enrolling freshman and transfers each fall and spring.

2.     Provide administrative representation and assistance to the Dean of Admissions and Enrollment Leadership team.

3.     Hire, train, and manage a group of student workers to do night calling outreach during the fall and spring semesters.

4.    Assist in the development of content and the technical execution of the Admissions Team’s weekly virtual events

Work Experience

·         Previous experience in Admissions / Recruiting students is highly preferred

·         Takes initiative to grow professionally and to accept added responsibility

·         Experience with managing an Admissions funnel and promoting Catholic schools

Education

·         BS or BA required. Master’s degree preferred.

 

Technical Skills

·         Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

·         Admissions CRM experience (Salesforce, Slate)

·         High Sales Achievement Predictor Score

 

Workplace Factors

·         Travel to designated high school youth conferences during the summer, and various events at high schools during the school year.

·         Work a minimum of one night per week, as well as work nights and weekends when necessary for big events.
