POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Admissions Events manages all aspects of the on-campus visit experience for prospective students and their families, and other visitors, with the aid of a student planning assistant. This includes logistics of regular and special visit days year-round, communications and promotion regarding the visit days, tracking and meeting goals for annual visitors, and supervising SWOP team. This person will also coordinate virtual events for prospective students using Zoom and virtual event platform. Assists with recruitment of students and other events when needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for coordinating all aspects of campus visits for prospective students and parents, and helping plan other events like Baron Day and Orientation social
· Plan and execute 8-10 virtual events throughout semester
· Train, schedule, supervise student tour guides, visit liaisons, and receptionists
· Manage communications regarding visit days in a timely manner
· Analyze, track and report visit related data for continual improvement

REQUIREMENTS
Must understand, support and embrace the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville and possess the following:
Work Experience
· 1-3 years of customer service experience required
· Event planning and logistics experience preferred
· Must be confident speaking in front of large groups and supervising students
· 2 year commitment to the position

Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with standard telephone and Salesforce (or other CRM)
Analytical ability to regularly maintain and analyze data and reports
High level of technical competency to manage virtual platform and Zoom events
Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Workplace Factors
Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
Must be able to be on feet for most of the day on visit days
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
